Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Recruiter to join our team at LIVOCTA JOBS. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various job positions in different industries. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in recruitment, excellent problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to handle sales processes effectively.

- - Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms
- - Knowledge of the sales process and ability to handle sales-related tasks
- - Ability to build and maintain a network of potential candidates
- - Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
- - High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities
- - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- - Source potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and professional networks
- - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist candidates
- - Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- - Conduct reference checks and background verifications
- - Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
- - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices
- - Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience
