Job Overview


We are hiring an experienced Recruiter to join our team at LIVOCTA JOBS. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various job positions in different industries. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in recruitment, excellent problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to handle sales processes effectively.


Qualifications and Skills


  • - 4 to 6 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role
  • - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • - Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms
  • - Knowledge of the sales process and ability to handle sales-related tasks
  • - Ability to build and maintain a network of potential candidates
  • - Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
  • - High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)


Roles and Responsibilities


  • - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • - Source potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and professional networks
  • - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist candidates
  • - Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • - Conduct reference checks and background verifications
  • - Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
  • - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices
  • - Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience
