Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Manager to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1-3 years of relevant work experience. The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in managing various HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR policies and procedures (Mandatory skill).
- Strong background in employee relations to foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
- Experience in training and development, including conducting needs assessments and creating development programs.
- Highly skilled in conflict resolution to mediate and resolve disputes effectively within the organization.
- Thorough understanding of labor law compliance to ensure all HR practices align with current regulations.
- Proficient in HRIS management for maintaining accurate employee records and generating insightful HR reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various HR initiatives simultaneously.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance.
- Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a consistent and fair workplace.
- Address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs to upskill employees.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts among employees in a fair and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations pertaining to HR practices.
- Manage HRIS to maintain accurate employee data and generate necessary reports.
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to HR operations as needed.
