Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic team at Live Cristle. This is a full-time, junior-level position based in Bangalore Urban. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources with a strong focus on recruitment, HR policies, and HR compliance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven work experience of 1 to 3 years in human resources.
- Sound knowledge of recruitment processes (Mandatory skill).
- Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and procedures (Mandatory skill).
- Strong grasp of HR compliance and regulations (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to manage employee relations effectively and resolve issues amicably.
- Experience in performance management, including setting KPIs and conducting appraisals.
- Proficiency in designing and conducting training and development programs.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits schemes and administration.
- Competence in conflict resolution and handling grievances.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying staffing needs, creating job descriptions, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements related to HR policies.
- Foster positive employee relations through regular engagement and communication.
- Oversee performance management processes, including setting objectives and conducting performance reviews.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs in line with industry standards.
- Address and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and effective manner.
