Job Overview

We are hiring a Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our client's premises in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring surveillance equipment, patrolling the premises, and enforcing security protocols. This is a Full-Time position with a focus on physical security, inventory management, visitors record, and in & out record. We welcome candidates with less than 1 year of experience as Fresher.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid security guard license or certification
• Strong physical fitness and ability to stand/walk for long periods.
• Excellent observation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and handle high-pressure situations.
• Basic skills for security equipment operation.
• Knowledge of emergency protocols and first aid is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance equipment and inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.
• Authorize and control the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Respond to alarms and security incidents promptly and appropriately.
• Ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and property.
• Perform regular patrols to prevent unauthorized access and maintain order.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to prevent theft, violence, or violations.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and execute them when required.
