As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user-centric design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback to continuously iterate and improve designs.
• Establish and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design principles, processes, and techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects and design solutions.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.
