Responsibilities:

• Utilize a minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce Development to design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Develop intuitive and user-friendly Salesforce UI using Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user experience and drive user adoption.
• Leverage expertise in APEX and JavaScript to implement complex business logic and customize Salesforce functionalities according to business requirements.
• Integrate external APIs seamlessly into Salesforce to extend platform capabilities and streamline business processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing best practices and promoting continuous learning within the team.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to address business challenges.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development with a strong track record of successful project deliveries.
• Proficiency in developing Salesforce UI using Lightning Web Components (LWC) is essential.
• Extensive development experience in APEX and JavaScript, with the ability to write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Demonstrated experience in integrating external APIs into Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues in Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are highly preferred.
