Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ODM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing applications on ODM Business Rules and ODM Events, with a minimum of 6 years of experience. As part of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, improving, and providing coding, testing, and implementation support for ODM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop applications on ODM Business Rules and ODM Events.
• Establish a methodology for capturing business rules and event processing requirements, and collaborate with business users to ensure alignment.
• Define vocabulary and implement complex rules using decision tables and other ODM constructs.
• Develop applications using Complex Event Processing using ODM Events/ODM Insights.
• Provide application-level tuning recommendations to optimize ODM Decision Server performance.
• Be proficient in IBM's latest ODM Decision Server Insights product.
• Possess strong underlying knowledge of XML, XSLT, Java, JMS, and WebSphere application server.
• Adapt to a complex environment of frequent releases and overlapping development cycles while maintaining high productivity.
• Experience with containerization of ODM setup is a plus.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in developing applications on ODM Business Rules and ODM Events.
• Proficiency in defining vocabulary and implementing complex rules using decision tables and other ODM constructs.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing applications using Complex Event Processing using ODM Events/ODM Insights.
• Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, Java, JMS, and WebSphere application server.
• Experience with IBM's latest ODM Decision Server Insights product is preferred.
• Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
