Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Salesforce.com Platform, particularly focusing on Force.com and Health Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with expertise in various aspects of Salesforce customization, integration, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Force.com and Health Cloud, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Design and customize Patient card, Patient 360 page, Care program, Care Plan, Provider, Patient Cards, Service Territory, and Field Service functionalities within Health Cloud.
• Customize and extend Salesforce1 application according to business needs.
• Utilize Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Component, and Salesforce Lightning Experience to develop custom functionalities and enhancements.
• Utilize Lightning App Builder, Workflows and Approvals, Flows, Sharing and Security, and Sites to configure and manage Salesforce applications.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems, ensuring smooth data exchange and system interoperability.
• Utilize HTML, JavaScript, and past experience with ExtJS and JQuery to enhance user interface and functionality.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges and optimize system performance.
• Adhere to industry best practices and quality standards in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including technical walkthroughs, discussions, and providing technical support to customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com Platform, specializing in Force.com and Health Cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of Patient card, Patient 360 page, Care program, Care Plan, Provider, Patient Cards, Service Territory, and Field Service functionalities within Health Cloud.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce1 customization and custom development.
• Proficient in Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Component, and Salesforce Lightning Experience.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning App Builder, Workflows and Approvals, Flows, Sharing and Security, and Sites.
• Strong experience in Salesforce integrations with external systems.
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, with past work experience in ExtJS and JQuery.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
