Roles & Responsibilities:


*) Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.


*) Handling customer queries, inquiries, and complaints.


*) Preparing and sending quotes and proposals ,PI, Sales Order and other sales reports.


*) Managing the whole sales operation process .


*) Maintaining CRM /ERP database.


*) Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.


*) Able to communicate all aspect of sales operations to managers and other team members .


*) Solve and handle team queries and problems.
