Job Description


We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Telecaller to join our EdTech company. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our educational products and services, and persuading them to enroll or make a purchase.


Key Responsibilities:


Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided contact lists.


Present and explain our EdTech products and services to prospects.


Answer questions and address concerns of potential customers.


Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate its features and benefits.


Follow up with interested prospects via phone, email, or other communication channels.


Record and maintain accurate customer information and call logs.


Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to conversion.


Report any customer feedback or trends to the sales and marketing teams.




Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a similar role.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
