Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Engineering Sales team. You will play a key role in identifying and capturing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to project closure.

Responsibilities:

·       Prospecting and lead generation:

·       Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects.

·       Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns (social media, email, networking) to generate leads.

·       Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads.

Client engagement and qualification:

·       Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

·       Understand client needs and objectives to identify relevant project opportunities.

·       Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to showcase Skytree's services and capabilities.

·       Negotiate and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering; post-graduation in Business Management is preferred.

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development within an engineering-design/consultancy or construction organization.

Should have the knowledge of Architectural & Structural work in construction industry. Must be familiar with latest technologies in construction industry such as BIM (Building Information Modeling 3D/4D/5D) etc.

Skills:

Proficiency in understanding and applying BIM technologies.

Experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Initiative-taking and proactive approach to business development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
