Roles and Responsibilities:

• Producing Models for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing service using REVIT.
• Use templates for CAD / BIM work and use CAD / BIM library items to assist design work and produce construction deliverables in 2D formats like:
• HVAC Ducting layout.
• Piping layout, piping general arrangements, pipe routing studies.
• General Arrangement drawings of Equipment room.
• Plumbing drawings rises diagrams.
• Equipment schedules, installation details drawings.
• Responsible for coordinating assigned scope of work with other disciplines of generate a clash free design.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Residential / Industrial / Commercial MEP Design, development of general arrangement drawings, ducting layouts, piping layouts, plumbing drawings etc using 2D & 3D design tools.
• Tools:
• 3D Tools: REVIT is must and knowledge of AutoCAD
