o  JDS:

1.      Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to establish goals.

2.      Devise and establish IT Policies and system to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.

3.      Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.

4.      Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software.

5.      Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.

6.      Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and report to upper management.

7.      Assist in building relationship with vendors and creating cost effective contracts.

8.      Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.

9.      Manage IT Staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.

10.  Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.

o  Requirements:

1.      Proven work experience as an IT Manager or similar role.

2.      Excellent command on English language, especially rules of syntax, punctuation, and grammar.

3.      Readiness for minimum 3 years of commitment.

4.      Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications.

5.      Sound understanding of computer systems, networks etc.

6.      Experience in controlling information technology budget.

7.      Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

8.      Outstanding communication abilities.

9.      Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or IT Engineering or similar.
