Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and sales team. This role involves coordinating marketing efforts, handling back-office administrative tasks, and assisting in day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to one year of experience who is eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks to support marketing and sales initiatives.
• Maintain and organize company data and records in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Generate and analyze simple reports using Excel to track marketing and sales performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and forward leads or queries to the appropriate team members.
• Prepare presentations in PowerPoint to support sales and marketing meetings.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and information flow.
• Prepare offer quotations based on specifications provided by marketing executives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic marketing concepts is a plus.
