Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. This role involves assisting in sales operations, managing customer inquiries, preparing sales documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth sales transactions. Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by handling day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on product availability, pricing, and specifications.
• Prepare quotations and sales orders as per customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and update customer information in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Coordinate with the inventory and purchase teams to check product availability.
• Track order status and communicate updates to customers.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes is a plus.
