Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Purchase Executive to support our procurement team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day purchasing operations, coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory records, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the purchase team in sourcing materials and equipment as per company requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes, compare prices, and negotiate for best rates.
• Maintain and update purchase records, invoices, and supplier information in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely follow-ups for delivery status.
• Manage stock levels and report inventory requirements to the purchase team.
• Handle communications with vendors to resolve any delivery issues or discrepancies.
• Support internal departments by coordinating product availability and timelines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Basic knowledge of procurement and inventory management is an advantage.
