Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Specialist at LifeWall. The Customer Relationship Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and maintaining effective communication with customers. They will also use their analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Handle and resolve customer escalations.
  • Conducting project briefings for turnkey partners/vendors.
  • Awarding projects to selected turn-key partners as per approval of the reporting manager.
  • Handling and resolving queries of turnkey partners.
  • Raising payment request of turnkey partner as per design stage completion and terms & conditions.
  • Get the payments from customers as per the project stages
  • Ensure that the project gets handed over within the timeline without any delay.
