Role- Transformation Lead


Company Overview: LifeWall is a premier outdoor space transformation company based in New Delhi, specializing in designing and installing terraces, lawns, and backyards for social gatherings and leisure. We pride ourselves on creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces with the help of our professional designers, engineers, and installation teams.


Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Transformation Lead to manage project delivery, oversee turnkey partner relationships, and drive transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, lead a team of Transformation Managers, maintain high customer satisfaction, and facilitate seamless collaboration between turnkey partners and internal teams.



1. Client Payment Status and Project Management


Payment Processing: Ensure timely payments are processed from clients.


Project Handover: Oversee the initiation and handover processes for projects, ensuring smooth transitions.


Payment Approval: Approve payments to turnkey partners, ensuring timely release.


2. Turnkey Partner Allocation and Project Distribution


TP Onboarding: Onboard new vendors by company standards.  


TP Training: Conduct TP training to ensure alignment with our processes and quality expectations.


TP Assignment: Facilitate the assignment of new projects to selected vendors, ensuring proper distribution for efficient project delivery.


TP Relationship Management: Ensure that vendors receive the necessary support to complete projects on time.


3. Customer Service and Satisfaction (NPS and Resolution)


NPS Score Management: Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 4 out of 5 or higher.


Handle Client Escalations: Resolving client escalations quickly and effectively, ensuring their concerns are addressed and their satisfaction is restored.


Issue Resolution: Ensure that all transformation issues reported are resolved by the appropriate team on time.


Site Visits: Conduct random surprise visits to ensure customer satisfaction and quality work.


4. Contract Management and Documentation


Contract Handling: Ensure contracts and customer-related documents are signed and submitted to the Head Office (HO) team.


Debit and Credit Notes: Ensure that debit and credit notes are created in CRM and sent to both customers and turnkey partners promptly.


Delay Penalties: Apply delay penalties to customers in accordance with the contract terms, based on the number of days delayed.


6. Project Timeline and Phase Tracking


Phase Management: Keep track of timelines for all running phases of the project, ensuring timely completion by the Transformation Manager (TM) and Turnkey Partners (TPs).


Phase Breakdown: Distribute larger project phases into smaller, manageable parts, if necessary.


7. Transformation Manager Oversight


TM and STA Engagement: Ensure that Transformation Managers (TM) and Senior Transformation Architects (STA) attend project briefings and are fully informed about all project details.


Back-Up Role: Act as a backup for the Transformation Manager when required.


Site Visits by TM and STA: Ensure that TM and STA visit the project site weekly to oversee progress and address issues.


8. TP Communication and Issue Resolution


TP Queries: Ensure that TM and STA promptly address any queries from Turnkey Partners.


Cost and Change Queries: Resolve add-on and cost change queries in collaboration with the Estimation team.


9. Team Leadership


Team Management: Lead and manage the team of transformation managers, ensuring coordination and performance across all project phases.

Key Candidate Requirements-


  • B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) or B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience in project management within the construction or architecture industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proven experience managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Proficient in project management.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects effectively, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
