Job Profile


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to motivate a team towards achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Closure Meetings:
  • Conduct meetings with potential clients to finalize deals and contracts.
  • Coordination with Digital Marketing Specialists:
  • Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
  • Team Training:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
  • Monthly Sales Planning:
  • Create and execute monthly sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Managing the Design Team:
  • Oversee a team responsible for creating sales materials, presentations, and other design-related tasks.
  • Managing the Estimate Team:
  • Supervise a team that prepares accurate cost estimates and quotations for potential clients.
  • Sales Forecasting:
  • Utilize market research and analysis to predict sales trends and forecast future sales volumes.
  • Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a competitive industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
