Job Description:

• Handle and resolve customer escalations.
• Get the payments from customers as per the project stages.
• Ensure that the project gets handed over within the timeline without any delay.
• Keep the client happy whatever situation may arise.
• Visit the site whenever necessary to ensure that you are up to date with the progress.
• Conducting project briefings for turnkey partners.
• Awarding projects to selected turn-key partners as per approval of the reporting manager.
• Handling and resolving queries of turnkey partners.
• Raising payment request of turnkey partner as per design stage completion and terms & conditions.
