PR & Communications:

• Lead Qualification & Assignment: Engage with potential customers via direct calls and inquiries, qualify leads based on predefined criteria, and assign them to Field Design Advisors for consultation and conversion.-

• Customer Feedback Management: Establish structured communication processes to gather customer feedback on ongoing projects, identify areas for improvement, and enhance overall service quality.

Digital Marketing & Sales:

• Marketing Coordination: Work closely with the digital marketing agency and/or internal digital marketing team to manage online promotions, optimize lead generation in terms of quality and quantity, and track campaign performance through regular reporting.

• Field Reporting: Ensure daily reporting of on-ground activities by Design Advisors, tracking customer interactions, project progress, and sales performance.
