Roles and Responsibility:
Transformation Issue Management:
Ensure all transformation issues are logged by Customer Success Managers(Transformation Manager) and resolved by the appropriate teams within established timelines.
Collaborate with the Transformation Manager to monitor and expedite the resolution of outstanding transformation issues.
Project Vendor Allocation:
Facilitate the assignment of new projects to selected vendors, ensuring efficient and effective project distribution.
Financial Documentation:
Oversee the creation of Debit and Credit Notes in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to Turnkey Partners.
Ensure all documents are processed promptly to maintain positive vendor relationships.
Contract Management:
Create and manage contracts and customer-related documents, ensuring they are signed and submitted to the Head Office (HO) team promptly.
Maintain organized records of all contracts and related documentation.
Backup Support:
Act as a backup for the Transformation Manager, stepping in to manage responsibilities during their absence and ensuring continuity of operations.
Vendor Escalation and Team Coordination:
Resolve Turnkey Partners escalations and coordinate with the stakeholders of the company.
Client Escalations:
Escalate client issues as and when required.
