Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Client Relationship Manager at LifeWall located in New Delhi. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing customer needs, retaining customers, building strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities

●Get the payments from customers as per the project stages.

●Ensure that the project gets handed over within the timeline without delay.

●Keep the client happy whatever situation may arise.

●Visit the site whenever necessary to ensure that you are up to date with the progress.

●Conducting project briefings for turnkey partners.

●Awarding projects to selected turn-key partners per the reporting manager's approval.

●Handling and resolving queries of turnkey partners.

●Raising payment request of turnkey partner as per design stage completion and terms &

conditions.
