Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented **3D Visualiser** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D renders of architectural designs. You must have strong expertise in **Lumion** and **SketchUp**, and the ability to work collaboratively with the design team to deliver visual outputs on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create realistic and visually appealing 3D renders of architectural design concepts.

- Work closely with the design team to understand project requirements and ensure timely execution of renderings.

- Translate 2D plans and sketches into compelling 3D visualisations.

- Optimize models and renders for best performance and quality.

- Maintain an organized library of 3D assets, materials, and textures.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.

- Proven experience with Lumion and SketchUp

- Strong understanding of design, lighting, materials, and rendering techniques.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
