Zoho Creator Developer - REMOTE

Job Description:

We seek a talented and experienced Zoho Creator / CRM Developer and Integrations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a crucial team member, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements and translating them into robust data structures and user stories within Zoho CRM.

You will play a pivotal role in implementing custom functionalities, managing external interactions, and generating mobile and desktop applications using Zoho Creator. Additionally, you will be instrumental in system testing, automated testing, and generating reports, charts, and analytics dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and translate business requirements into the data structure and user stories.
• Document analysis through ER models and flow diagrams.
• Implement data structure into Zoho CRM standard and custom modules with proper links.
• Implement user stories using custom functions, workflows, blueprints, and other Zoho CRM dynamic facilities.
• Manage external interactions, including email, SMS, and WhatsApp, to set up custom messages for marketing purposes.
• Generate mobile and desktop applications with Zoho Creator, ensuring dynamic behaviour and conducting A/B testing.
• Define system test specifications and conduct automated testing of Zoho applications and interfaces.
• Generate reports, charts, and analytics dashboards to provide valuable insights.

Required:

• Experience in application development with and for Zoho tools: CRM, Creator, Flow, Desk, and Analytics.
• Proven experience using Deluge to create custom functions.
• Proficiency in working with relational databases such as SQL and writing SQL queries.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to identify errors, and abnormal behaviour and track function logs.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze data, identify issues, and troubleshoot effectively.
• Agile mindset, willing to take on tasks outside of core competencies to support the team.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Desirable:

• Experience implementing 3rd party integrations with Zoho, including telephony, email, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.
• Familiarity with internal integrations, Zoho Flow, and Zoho Creator.
• Experience working in an agile environment using tools like Jira.
• Previous experience in customer support.
