Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager B2B with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience

- Demonstrated success in developing and closing new business opportunities
- Experience in lead generation and pipeline management
- Proficiency in market research and analysis
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute sales plans

- Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and meet revenue targets through effective B2B sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and execute sales plans, including target setting and performance monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals with clients
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead in the market
- Regularly report on sales performance and provide insights to the management team
