Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background B2B UX/UI Sales, Customer Relationship, Business Operations, Design, and Service to join our team in Navi Mumbai. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Develop and manage business development budgets and forecasts
  • Monitor and report on business development performance and client engagement metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI, B2B Sales, Client Relationship, Business Operations, Design, and Service


Requirements:


  • 5 - 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and identifying new opportunities
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI solutions, B2B Sales, Client Relationships, Business, Design, and Service principles and best practices
  • Experience with sales automation tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to be able to interact with client
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience with senior executives 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Experience with Large Companies will be a plus
