Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Fresher)

Location: Hyderabad

Salary Range:Monthly ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 plus incentives

Responsibilities:

 – Collaborates with sales and marketing teams to support various campaigns and initiatives.

 – Do market research to identify potential customers and market trends.

 – Do lead generation efforts through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods.

 – Create and maintain marketing materials such as brochures and presentations.

 – Support for social media and digital marketing strategy development and implementation.

 – Attends meetings and events on behalf of the company and develops networking opportunities.

 – Supports sales report creation and analysis.

 Qualifications: 

  –Currently pursuing or recently completed a Masters/MBA/ Business School degree in sales, business and marketing.

 – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 – Ready to travel if required

 – Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.

 – Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

 – Proficient in Microsoft Office and has basic knowledge of digital marketing tools.

 – Willingness to learn and contribute to the success of the entire sales and marketing team.
