Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HR Specialist to join our team at LifeMagic Group. As an HR Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and implementing various human resources programs and initiatives. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and is a full-time role.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Proficient in HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and data management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement and manage various human resources programs and initiatives.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Handle employee relations matters, including disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Manage and maintain employee records, including personnel files and HRIS data.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
- Conduct regular performance management activities, including performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in human resources.
