Job Overview

We are seeking a Finance Associate to join our team at LifeMagic Group. As a Finance Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company. This includes financial accounting, reporting, analysis, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in financial accounting and analysis.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in finance operations or related roles
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
• Experience with accounting software and financial management systems
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage financial accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports to provide insights on the company's financial performance
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial operations and profitability
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and financial regulations
• Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and systems
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and initiatives
