Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in corporate secretarial work and a strong understanding of company law and regulations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients, draft agreements, and handle various aspects of company secretarial work.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on corporate governance and compliance matters.
  • Draft and review various agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
  • Assist in the incorporation of companies and preparation of necessary documentation.
  • Handle statutory filings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate board meetings and prepare board agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
  • Manage the signing process for important documents and ensure proper execution.
  • Assist in the execution of 21 articleship and provide guidance to interns as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, or related field.
  • Qualified Company Secretary (ACS) with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of company law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
