We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive/ Interns to join our team at Powai Mumbai. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in business development.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and conversion strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- MBA degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their business needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for business growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Provide excellent customer service to existing and prospective clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Track and report key sales metrics and provide regular updates to the management team.
