• Execute duties towards curriculum development, academics-planning & training.
• Provide expert advice to the Department to design and plan the strategy for reviewing implementation of programme on the ground and assist in streamlining the process 
• Managing all the operational activities and day to day life-cycle of the institute such as class's formation and coordination, faculty coordination, classroom arrangement / infrastructure / technical help etc.
• Productive coordination participation of all the academic events and activities. Any other work allotted by the management as and when required.
• Identify needs and opportunities to share learning and strengthen programming across the humanitarian and development portfolio and work closely with the Senior Academic Manager
• Identify innovative, evidence-based, needs-based, relevant and technically sound ideas, approaches and methodologies that contribute to achieving its strategic goals in collaboration Sr. Academic Advisor
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account international and national best practices, in order to facilitate cost optimization and productivity improvement 

Requirement:

• Master’s or higher degree in Child Care / Human Development and Family Studies / Child Education
• Excellent knowledge of latest techniques and methodologies and best practices in capacity building and training & development
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi – verbal as well as written
• Ability to work in flexible schedules.
