Job Title: Pre-Primary & Primary Teachers

Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and revise the curricula in core subjects such as Math, Science, English, Hindi Social Studies.
• Ensure the curriculum promotes critical thinking, problem-solving, and interdisciplinary learning.
• Develop instructional materials, lesson plans, and interactive resources.
• Work with the academic team to ensure curriculum content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the institution’s mission and goals.
• Participate in curriculum review meetings and professional development sessions to stay informed about educational trends and advancements.
• Incorporate modern teaching strategies, including project-based learning, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math), flipped classrooms, and digital literacy into the curriculum.
• Incorporate 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and digital competence within the curriculum.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching at the preprimary or primary level.
• Experience with educational technology and e-learning tools is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

• Deep understanding of the developmental and educational needs of preprimary and primary school students.
• Attention to detail and innovation in teaching methodologies.
• Knowledge of current trends in education and school pedagogy.
• Comfortable with technology and proficiency in working with Google drive.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
