Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in the respective subject.
2. Prepare and implement curriculum-based lesson plans aligned with educational standards.
3. Assess and evaluate students' performance through tests, assignments, and exams.
4. Provide guidance and support to students in academic and extracurricular activities.
5. Maintain discipline and foster a positive learning environment in the classroom.
6. Collaborate with fellow teachers and management for academic planning and improvement.
7. Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and subject knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in the respective subject.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level preferred.

• Proficiency in subject knowledge and modern teaching techniques.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
