Job Title: HR Executive.
Location: Raipur (C.G)
Salary: Up to ₹22,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
- Manage hiring, interviews, and onboarding of new staff.
- Maintain employee records and manage attendance and leave.
- Assist in payroll processing and resolve attendance issues.
- Handle employee grievances and support a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate staff training and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a school.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and HR practices.
