Key Responsibilities:

• 1: Classroom Management: Create a positive and engaging learning environment that stimulates the intellectual, social, and emotional development of young children.

• 2: Curriculum Implementation: Effectively implement the Cambridge curriculum, ensuring age-appropriate activities that enhance cognitive skills, creativity, and critical thinking.

• 3: Individualized Instruction: Tailor teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, recognizing the unique needs of each child.

• 4: Parent Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Cambridge-affiliated certification is highly desirable.
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about early childhood education.
