Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Matron to oversee the well-being, discipline, and daily care of students in our residential CBSE school. The ideal candidate should have experience in student welfare, hostel management, and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure students' safety, discipline, and well-being in the hostel.
- Supervise daily routines, hygiene, and health of students.
- Address students’ personal and emotional concerns with empathy.
- Coordinate with school staff, medical personnel, and parents as needed.
- Maintain hostel records and ensure compliance with school policies.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a school/hostel setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage students with care and discipline.
- Willingness to reside on campus.
