We're hiring an Industrial HR for Raipur Unit, Raipur, CG
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employee engagement, payroll, and compliance.
- Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management.
- Assist in policy implementation and performance management.
- Ensure smooth HR operations and resolve employee queries.
Qualifications:-
- MBA in Human Resource.
- Prior experience handling large number of employees is mandatory.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Note: Apply only If you have experience dealing with large number of employees (100-200+).
Salary: Best in the industry
Notice Period: 1-2 Months
