Job Description for your reference.

• Instruct students on proper techniques, rules, and strategies for various sports disciplines.
• Demonstrate and model skills, drills, and exercises to enhance students' understanding and performance.
•  Provide individualized coaching and feedback to help students improve their skills and reach their potential.
• Coordinate and oversee sports events, tournaments, and matches within the school or with other institutions.
• Arrange practice sessions, trials, and team selections to ensure fair participation and talent identification.
• Establish and enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe and respectful sporting environment.
• Maintain accurate records of students' achievements, attendance, and participation in sports activities.
• Educate students on the importance of integrity, respect, and ethical behavior in sports.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to share updates on students' progress, achievements, and upcoming events.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.
• Stimulate administration policies and rules related to physical education.
• Analyze student behavior and performance.

Qualifications :- 

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
• Prior experience in school is preferable.
• Proven experience in coaching and teaching sports to students of various age groups.
• Sound knowledge of sports techniques, rules, and safety guidelines.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to participate and excel in sports.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
