Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Primary for an IB school in Hyderabad. The role involves day-to-day management of the primary school and collaborating with the Head of School to foster a culture of academic excellence and innovation. The Head of Primary will also be responsible for curriculum development and ensuring effective communication between teachers, parents, and students.

Qualifications

• Experience in educational leadership and management
• Strong understanding of the IB curriculum and international education systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to conduct research and apply findings to improve academic outcomes
• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field
• Experience in teacher training and professional development is a plus
• Experience working in an IB school or with an international education board is a plus
