      Hiring for EA to chairman at Mumbai

Location- Church gate Mumbai

Experience- 4 to 8 years

Salary- Maximum 70k (Per month)

Office Management:

●      Manage the Chairman 's schedule, appointments, and calendar, coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.

●      Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the principal.

●      Prepare agendas and materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

         Communication and Liaison:

●      Serve as a liaison between the Chairman and other staff members & external stakeholders.

●      Draft and edit official correspondence, reports, and announcements on behalf of the principal.

●      Respond to inquiries and requests for information, redirecting them as appropriate.

         Data Management:

●      Maintain and organize important documents, records & related files.

●      Compile and analyze data for reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

●      Assist in the preparation of budget reports, grant proposals, and funding requests.

         Event Coordination:

●      Organize events, ceremonies, and functions in collaboration with other staff members.

●      Coordinate logistics, invitations, catering, and other event-related tasks.

●      Ensure that events run smoothly and handle any issues or emergencies that may arise.

         Confidentiality and Discretion:

●      Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

●      Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding personnel issues, and other records.

 

Qualifications:

●      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

●      Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.

●      Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

●      Strong written and verbal communication skills.

●      Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).

●      Discretion and trustworthiness, with the ability to handle confidential information.

●      Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

●      Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
