JD Day Care In charge

Day care supervisors are in charge of overseeing all operations in a childcare facility. Their typical duties include employee management and training, parent meetings, regulation compliance, and educational program development. She should also have Leadership and management skills.

SHE will be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of children. Daily duties seen on a Daycare Supervisor are organizing activities for children, monitoring daycare staff, maintaining attendance records, identifying potential hazards for children and taking safety measures. Essential job requirements for a daycare Supervisor are leadership, supervisory skills, attention to safety, responsibility, and recordkeeping. Training in early childhood education is added advantage for this job.
