Job Responsibilities for reference

• Curriculum Development and Implementation:
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities. 
• Utilize various teaching methods, including storytelling, games, art, music, and movement. 
• Adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of individual children. 
• Foster creativity and expression through various activities. 
• Creating a Positive Learning Environment:
• Establish a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. 
• Encourage exploration, discovery, and social interaction among children. 
• Promote positive relationships with children and parents. 
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom. 
• Child Development and Observation:
• Observe and assess children's progress and development. 
• Identify and address any developmental delays or behavioral issues. 
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development. 
• Support children in developing social and emotional skills. 
• Classroom Management:
• Manage classroom activities, including lessons, play, breaks, and meals. 
• Establish and enforce classroom rules and routines. 
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times. 
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to implement curriculum and activities. 
• Maintain open communication with parents and guardians. 
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
