Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise hostel activities and ensure discipline.
• Take care of students' safety, health, and daily routines.
• Keep records of attendance, leave, and student health.
• Ensure cleanliness, good food quality, and hygiene in the hostel.
• Communicate with parents and school authorities about student concerns.
• Handle emergencies and provide first aid if needed.
• Organize activities to keep students engaged and motivated.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field (experience in hostel management is a plus).
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle students with patience and care.
• Basic knowledge of safety rules and first aid.
