Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at LIC IMF. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and techniques
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to effectively use telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales software
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including key decision-makers
- Present and pitch our products and services to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to ensure a win-win outcome
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and successful client onboarding
- Generate regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor analysis
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales cycle
