Job Description:

Overview:

The Front-End Web Developer is responsible for implementing visual and interactive elements that users engage with in a web application. This role requires a strong understanding of web development technologies, design principles, and user experience to build responsive and dynamic user interfaces. Collaborating with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers, the Front-End Developer ensures that web applications are visually appealing, efficient, and accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Development:

• Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Convert design mockups into functional code that adheres to modern UI/UX best practices.

2. Collaboration:

• Work closely with UX/UI designers to bridge the gap between design and technical implementation.

• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.

• Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

3. Code Quality & Best Practices:

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Follow web standards, accessibility guidelines, and cross-browser compatibility.

4.  Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated with the latest trends in web development, frameworks, and technologies.

• Propose innovative solutions to improve the development process and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end libraries/frameworks.

• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

• Ability to write modular, reusable code and use CSS preprocessors (Sass, LESS).

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Experience with UI/UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
