Job Location : Lexcru Water Tech Pvt. Ltd., CHandiyel, Kathlal-Indore Highway, Amba Hotel, Ahmedabad-382433
With experience of PLC and HMI base machine maintenance.
ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATE SHOULD APPLY.(AHMEDABAD)
- Proficiency in Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of Automated machine, PLC, Vacuum circuit Breakers, panels, and mechanically working machines.
- Enough familiar with Electrical controls & Troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Electrical drawings reading and implementation as per requirement
- Good understanding of Electrical Drawings, Planning of Projects, Erection & Maintenance.
- Both practical as well as theoretical knowledge of Different Electrical plus mechanical Instruments.
- Monitoring and recording Electrical consumption department wise, for distributing the electrical energy.
- Well versed with Operation & Maintenance of Utility Equipment’s such as Air Compressors, HMI, Panels and PLC etc.
- Trouble shooting of machines in daily working in any electrical and mechanical fields.
- Arresting the Breakdowns of PLC machines such as Different testing machines, vacuum utility machine, special purpose machines, Multi spindle automated machines etc.
- Familiar with different types of Instruments, Proxy Sensor’s, photo voltic sensors, Festo drive, Timers, Counters, A.C drives DOL Starters, Star Delta Starters.
- Knowledge of the Machines Details below .
- PLC, SPM Machine Maintenance
- Conventional / non conventional , Relay, Timer Logical, PID temperature controller, weight logical. Carbon filling / Vacuum Testing/ pneumatic machines / Turning / Molding
