About the jobAs a student success associate, you will be the (point-of-contact) POC between the students and the internal team. If you are someone who is an active listener, and can patiently resolve problems as they arise, then this role is for you. You'll work closely with a diverse group of people coming from leading MNCs such as McKinsey, BCG, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, etc. to establish, nurture, and grow business across categories &amp; territories. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in handling teams in customer service/business development/ sales3. Knowledge of the overseas education space4. Creative bent of mind5. Ability to work well in a team and in a start-up environment6. Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and short TATs (turnaround times)7.
