Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and growth targets in the region.
Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and training to improve overall performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and product launches.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the same or a related industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Willingness to travel as needed.
